Participants must register with their full name, email, phone number, and address to win.
Participants can register by mail or online at: www.dwellness.house
Participants must attend the open house on the day of the giveaway to have their registration validated. Winner will be announced immediately following the Open House on our website: www.dwellness.house and on our Facebook page.
Winner must be a homeowner living in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, or Boulder City. Home must be winners’ primary residence.
Prize includes basic installation. Modifications needed beyond a normal installation will be the responsibility of the winner (drywall repairs, relocation of equipment, replacement of line sets, upgraded equipment or IAQ products, painting, ductwork, roof or shingle repairs, softener loops, electrical modifications, code upgrades).
Prize is not transferable.
Prize must be claimed and installed within 60 days.
Dwellness employees, family members, or independent contractors are not eligible to win.
Grand prizes are as follows: residential HVAC system up to 5 tons, residential water heater tank style up to 50 gallons, water softener up to 48,000 grains, 2 year essential home warranty protection. Brand and model are determined by Dwellness.
Limit 1 (one) Grand Prize per household per year. One grand prize given away each week on a rotating basis. See website for schedule.
