For homeowners who want the strongest level of protection, predictable plan costs, and added peace of mind, this is the plan that delivers.

The Premium Plan covers everything in the Enhanced Plan PLUS:

  • Unlimited air conditioning refrigerant
  • Portable air conditioning delivery and set up, with a limit of two
  • Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Service within 24 hours for plumbing and HVAC claims
  • No trade call fee for maintenance or tune-ups, with a coverage limit of one per year

What do home warranties cover?

A Dwellness home warranty plan covers components of up to 21 essential home systems and home appliances. This includes items like your air conditioner, heating system, electrical components, plumbing, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, and more. Coverage protects against breakdowns caused by normal wear and tear.

Homeowners insurance policies protect you from events such as theft, fire, or natural disasters. A home warranty protection plan helps cover repair costs when your covered items break down from everyday use. Together, they create a more complete protection plan for your home.

Your home warranty cost depends on the plan you choose and any optional add-ons you select. Dwellness offers monthly and annual pricing with flexible plan costs for every homeowner.

Your deductible is the service fee you pay per trade when you submit a service request. Depending on your plan, your deductible will be either $100 or $125.

Yes. Like all home warranty companies, Dwellness has exclusions listed in the service contract. We cover breakdowns caused by normal wear and tear. Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or external events may not be covered. Review the sample contract for a full list of exclusions.

You can make changes to your Dwellness coverage for up to 30 days after your initial payment. You can also adjust what your plan covers annually.

Yes. If you have more than one air conditioner, refrigerator, or other major appliances, those items can be covered under your plan as long as the home is under 5,000 square feet.

Dwellness does not offer roof leak protection at this time.

Yes. You can add optional coverage for your septic system or well pumps within 30 days of closing on a home.

Once your coverage begins, you can submit a service request online 24 hours a day or call 702.641.8888. A licensed contractor will contact you to schedule your service call.

Most covered items are repaired or replaced during the initial visit. If parts are needed, your assigned contractor will complete the work as soon as possible. Premium Plan customers may qualify for service within 24 hours for plumbing and HVAC claims.
